Since its inception Vora & Associates is involved in providing structural designs to various Multi-storied buildings of upto 25 stories high, big housing complexes, Townships, commercial buildings, Bungalow scheme, Row houses and the list does not stops here but also includes Industrial complex, Industries with steel structures, Public parks and so on. Apart from providing a structural consultancy Vora & Associates is also engaged in services that involves restructuring, redevelopment works, restoration of residential and commercial buildings, hotels in the regions of Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Lonavala, Khandala, Alibaug, Pune, Aurangabad, Goa, Srinagar, Amethi, Ratlam, Wada, Jaipur, Udaipur, Delhi and many other major cities of India.

A part from running a consultancy firm Mr. Ashit Vora is also engaged in many other multination business activites such as,

•  Promoting NRI investment in India and for this in the year 1988 he personally visited and conducted promotion programs in Dubai, Abudhabi, Muscat, Bahrain, Singapore and Hongkong.
•  Since 1992, he is engaged in restoring old building for which he source out various building material chemicals, epoxy, polymer rasins, waterproofing compounds additive to be mixed in concrete and various modern furnishing items, paints, tile, windows, etc.
•  In 1996, he successfully designed and sourced the setting up of a container manufacturing unit with Italian Collaboration known as Morteo Transgright Container.
•  During 1997, he made regular visits to Italy and Rome to survey and setting up of an automatic computarised furniture manufacturing Company.
•  He personally visited Ahemdabad to survey & access the buildings affected due to the earthquake on behalf of AMC & CEPT in the year 2001.
•  He also visited Gandhidham, Bhuj, Anjar to give repair & restoration for the earthquake effected structures during the same year
